What's a boy in love to do? Well, when you're deformed, homicidal Wrighty, you kill everyone who gets in your way...or Molly's way to happiness.
Wrighty's come to ask Molly to the prom, but doing so involves killing Molly's friend Trent. But the police seem to think Trent killed himself and was the murderer they were looking for, and Molly knows otherwise. Since the police won't listen, that means she has to take matters into her own hands. That means wearing the blood splatter prom dress left by Wrighty and accepting the invitation to the prom.
What will Molly do when she finds herself in front of Wrighty?
Brendan Hay's Romantic Horror Comedy has been a scream! I'll admit, Wrighty is a little annoying and in a movie I think in a movie with the right actor he'd be better played silent, but watching Molly as she figures out that her run of luck around a series of murders isn't just coincidence has been a fun ride.
Watson's art has been decent, though I think a darker tone would have helped the horror aspects out.
There's only one issue left, so if you haven't picked it up, wait until the trade comes out, but don't miss it again...
